Established September 1, 1995, Allied Compliance Services, Inc. is a Third Party Administration (TPA) service-oriented company offering drug and alcohol testing programs for businesses and agencies required to be in compliance with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and Non-regulated companies requiring the same standard of excellence.

ACS provides drug and alcohol testing to DOT-regulated Businesses, Texas Government Agencies, Independent and Private Schools, TDLR-regulated Businesses, Private Businesses, and Individuals.  ACS is a certified Woman-Owned Business (DBE/HUB/NCTRCA).  We carry coverage for General Liability and Errors and Omissions.​
